Waging peace on Islam

“During the Crusades, Christian armies marched through them (“enemy territory”) doing battle to regain the land for Christendom.  Once again in this century Christians are on the march in these countries.  On one hand, groups of Christians seeking to better relations with Muslims follow the Crusade trail in a Reconciliation March apologizing to populations for the actions of the Crusaders; while on the other hand, a new group of Christians are storming the same lands in Prayer Marches and engaging in spiritual warfare to reclaim them for Christ.  But have these lands ever been ‘lost’ to the presence of God and Christ?  And is a theology of battle the answer?  More importantly: is Islam the enemy?”

Elsewhere, some very good news for Kenya and Africa indeed.
